TCTC Library Gets Connected

TCTC Library participated in the college sponsored Get Connected event. Each campus library location informed students of our Book Discussion Group and our new Foreign Language Database. Mango Language database has various languages that students may learn more about via the online resource. Also, the library discussion group is featuring two titles for the Spring 2013 semester. We plan to discuss each title and upon completion, watch the movie that was released as a result of the success of the book. The chosen titles are The Help and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

TCTC Library Display

This month's Library display contains a plethora of titles that were deemed by both library staff and faculty as TCTC Library Treasure. During the holiday season, we inventoried the library and found lots of great titles that we thought should be displayed for potential patrons. From history to Batman to literary favorites and casual reading, we have lots of subjects to choose from within the display. Some of the featured titles are: The Help, Founding Brothers, Our Kind of People, Hunger Games, Alice's Tea Cup, Ayurveda, Zumba: an Instructional Guide for Beginners & A Century of Innovation. Stop by the library today and peruse our collection...We'd love to see you!
